As a Creative Lead, you are part of the DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) Studio team where you deliver a crucial contribution to the creation of high-quality DCO campaigns. We are a young, ambitious, and fast-growing organization where flexibility, commitment, and quality are highly valued. We are here to globally change digital advertising into personal storytelling.
You need to be able to do the following things
Create dynamic concepts based on data insights
Visualize dynamic concepts – Create storyboards
Support with concepts and designs during pitches
Support with creating marketing materials for ODC
Do quality checks on developed work by developers.
3+ years of experience in design/concepting
Fluent in Dutch and English
Excellent knowledge of the wider marketing mix
You are a pioneer and always want to know more about the latest developments
Lots of feeling for many different brands, target groups, and channels
Curious to new opportunities
You are fast, creative and you can work intensively in a motivated team
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (Adobe After Effects is a nice to have)
Skilled in creating and pitching concepts in presentations
Strong communication verbal and written with the ability to ‘translate' for those who don't have technical knowledge
So what does it mean to work as a Creative Lead in our team? We are working with A-brands in the world like Instagram, HBO, IKEA, Unilever, etc. We are receiving briefs from clients all over the world daily. DCO is a craft where you really need to understand the brand, but also the wishes of the consumer. What do they need at what moment? It’s your job to make sure that we create high-quality dynamic campaigns. We work in weekly sprints and have a dedicated agile mindset: the digital advertising market is dynamic and fast-growing; it is not easy to plan too far ahead.
