As a CXO Specialist (Consumer Experience Optimization) your focus is growing our clients' business by trying to understand our clients' customers. This involves a long-term systematic approach based on research, data, psychology and user experience. Problem-solving on a strategic level allows you to continuously make upgrades to a clients online presence.Together with large A-list clients like T-Mobile, De Nederlandse Loterij, Ditzo, Eneco and Kruidvat, you will experiment with your ideas to validate your hypotheses, using a few different tools. You will report results of your tests, advising our clients about implementation and next steps, following the conversion strategy you defined.

By applying multiple research methods such as analytics, heatmaps, surveys, usability research, insights from neuroscience and social psychology, they formulate data driven hypotheses to optimize consumer experience.
