In this role you’re responsible for the conversational engineering team. Which means that you take on technical challenges that our clients are facing, and you understand the tech products related to these challenges. To do this at the desired level, you’re equipped with the right coaching skills, and you’ve been in clouds more than a jet fighter pilot (if you know what we mean). What’s more, your product development skills are up there with the best of them. But what matters most is that you have what it takes to challenge our conversational engineering team every day, and bring the vision needed to take them to the next level.
As an engineer lead, you are part of the newest and fast-growing startup within Greenhouse. Here, you work together with an award-winning team of client managers, conversation designers, engineers, AI trainers and copywriters.
+3 years of cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
Big plus number 1: Google Cloud Pro certificate and NLP/AI experience
Big plus number 2: you’re fluent in node.js
As a coach for other engineers you help them tackle technical issues, you inspire the team with the latest possibilities, and you determine “what’s next” when it comes to learnings and to do’s for the team. Communication and coordination is the key here. In addition, you know how to determine the correct implementation and architecture of Google Cloud solutions such as Dialogflow, CCAI, Dataflow, BigQuery and serverless products (AppEngine, Cloud Functions) within a customer's current and future infrastructure. You direct how current products move from MVP to a stable SaaS product.
