As a Expert Lead within the field of Data Science you have organisational responsibilities like defining products and services enabled by data science, defining a theme within the domain of customer centricity, owning clear propositions and claiming market leadership! Besides that you will lead projects applying data science and machine learning at our clients within the field of digital marketing. You will also support commercial activities towards our clients, e.g.: shaping solution, writing proposals and pitching our story. In this role you leverage the date, research, algorithms and technologies developed within Greenhouse at our clients. We work in different client teams so it is your job to create synergy between data scientist and other specialist and you align internal build tech solutions with the latest insight and way of working within the data craft.
Master degree in Mathematics, statistics, computer science or equivalent
Proven track record in data science and proven skills in identifying in early-stage phases of data science projects
Experience in mentoring data scientists
Experience within the field of marketing / customer experience
Experience with SQL- and NO-SQL databases (eg: Snowflake) or another database-related query language
Used of working in cloud environments like AWS, MS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Some experience with R / SAS / Python and data visualization reports (preferably in PowerBI and / or Tableau)
Our data science consultants are working in client teams, collaborating with other data specialists in fields like digital analytics, customer experience optimization, marketing- and data engineers and data consultants.
