As implementation consultant you start the day by grabbing a cup of coffee and switch on your hero mode; Users rejoice, your implementation consultant is here! In this role you help connect our end-users to our software solutions. You do this by engaging with them, supercharge their workflows by assisting them with getting access to the tools they need or help find new opportunities to innovate the way they work. You resolve any issues and communicate continuously on the status of users’ requests. Your extensive contact with end users provides you insights that enable you to work with product and our development teams to innovate our products so they meet the changing demands of our end users.
2+ years experience with support on Software Products
You are self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
You have superior verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and good skills in English
Strong desire to understand and grow the company and learn new skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
You understand the workflows of our users
You onboard users to (new) products and tools
You help users with their requests
You spot opportunities for new products
You spot improvements to reduce the learning curves
