FUNCTION

WPP Open Dynamic Content (ODC) team is looking for a Tech Recruiter. ODC is a young, ambitious, and fast-growing organization that values quality, collaboration and innovation. We are transforming digital advertising globally for both consumers and advertisers. We believe that our platform and underlying principles enable the creation of high-quality, consumer-friendly ads.

As you've probably seen on our website, we are looking for many new talents to join us. To find all these talents and route them to our organization in a personal way, we need a outstanding recruiter who has a great can-do mentality to find talent in challenging market circumstances. You are the face of WPP ODC and make the first contact with creative and technically skilled professionals, making sure that every applicant has the best candidate experience. You are responsible for the entire recruitment & selection process of all vacancies within WPP ODC and for you it is a challenge to grow the team in line with our ambitious goals.

YOUR PROFILE

You are innovative and pro-active

A real team player with strong communication skills

You have experience with recruiting technical professionals

You have at least 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry

Fluent in Dutch and English

You are available between 32 and 40 hours

You will be responsible for managing all vacancies within WPP ODC. Because this organization is growing rapidly, we are constantly looking for new talent. This means you will be continuously building your network of technical professionals. You will be up to date of the latest trends in the recruitment field, work with our regular recruitment agencies and create unique recruitment campaigns to attract the right talent. Besides that, you keep your team leads informed of the latest developments and you do not hesitate to think outside the box to find the best matching candidate.
