LemonPI is a SaaS-based dynamic creative optimization platform that is currently conquering the globe. Our multidisciplinary team consists of a growing development team that develops the platform and a service team that supports our users with technical and creative questions, often hands-on in projects. As a Support and Onboarding Specialist you are an important part of our service team, but you are also an important link to our development team. While we set out to get more people working with our platform, there is an ever growing need to support our users with the right training and documentation material such that they can reach their goals in their online campaigns. You provide functional support, but moreover you are capable of diagnosing (technical) causes. You, like no other, use your knowledge and experience of online marketing and/or technology to make sure that our users have the right information and tools available. In this role you are also the go-to person the can support on the spot, answering hands-on questions about our platform.

Your profile

Accurate, organized, result-driven, performs under pressure

3+ years of work experience

Experience with online marketing, adservers and preferably campaign tagging

Pre: Experience with HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and /or motion design & animation
