With self-steering teams we are building a platform that is revolutionizing the way our end-users work. The platform helps our client teams to execute advertising campaigns effectively and smarter. We are looking for the person who will help us make the lives of our media specialists even better.
Your Profile
You have experience as a UX-engineer or designer
You have a passion for UX principles and teaching them to others
You have experience with HTML and (S)CSS or ambition to learn. JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
You get energy from delivering full features together with your outcome team
You have strong communication skills
Experience with Continuous Product Discovery is a plus
As a UX engineer / designer you will be part of one of our outcome teams, together with full-stack engineers, product managers, customer success and users you will discover and deliver new functionality. As a designer you facilitate discovery activities like user interviews, experience maps, design and test prototypes and/or handle usability risks. As an engineer you assist with UI component development and styling architecture. When confronted with uncertainties, you collect and use data to make informed next steps.
